Meet Our Team

Chris (he/him)

Chris started his web development and IT support career while serving in the United States Army in the late 90’s, when the World Wide Web was in its infancy. Chris has over 25 years of experience in website design, development, hosting, server administration and technical support. His vast level of expertise will ensure your project is in the best of hands.

Kristy (she/her)

Kristy has over 18 years of experience in customer service. She specializes in client satisfaction and will work with you to perfect your website design from your very first idea to the finalized product. She understands the value of having a strong online presence with not only a website designed to drive traffic to your business but the knowledge of how to market your website to your target customers.

Aaron (they/them)

As head of our technical support team, Aaron ensures that every website is fully updated, secure and error-free. With their diligence, your website is sure to remain online and ready to attract your audience.

Prior to joining our team, Aaron served as a customer service specialist at The Block, a Seattle-based web design agency.

Althea (she/her)

Althea not only manages our social media and digital ads teams, but also serves as a project manager and customer service specialist. She works tirelessly to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.

Ella (she/her)

Ella started with us as an intern, but soon transitioned into a full-fledged project manager and customer service specialist. Also a talented graphic designer, we are lucky to have Ella as a part of our team!
