Your content specialist will research your industry, competitors, and target audience once we get your order. By the time the first post goes out, your content specialist will know exactly what your audience wants, and that’s the key to social media success.
Our social media practices are based on extensive, ongoing research. The latest research shows that social platforms like to show content from accounts that don’t post every day. That’s why we only recommend posting 3-5 times a week.
Social Marketing tracks post performance data on all posts made through the app and in some instances, posts made outside of the product.
Social Marketing will pull in historical data and post performance for posts made organically through Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram (from the moment it became a business profile) or another social media publisher.
Companies know that customer service is important, but a lot of businesses still haven’t formed a specific strategy for addressing online concerns and building social relationships. With 89% of U.S. consumers saying that they’ve gone to a competitor after a poor customer service experience, it’s clear that a business’s ability to listen to complaints and provide solutions is linked to its success.
First of all, Twitter isn’t as relevant for small businesses these days. If you don’t fit into a few specific categories, you’re not going to get much traction. Secondly, Twitter only allows 280 characters per post, and we prefer long-form posts of 500+ characters, because we find those get the best results with interaction, clicks and shares.
In order to schedule short Twitter posts, our content specialists have to create them separately from other platforms. Because of this, we offer Twitter as an add-on platform.
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google Business Profile (Google Posts), and LinkedIn. From one place, you can publish content to multiple social sites with the push of a button, utilize in-line conversations so the context of interactions isn’t lost and schedule a calendar of posts.
You’ll get a dedicated content specialist to find and share your content. Our content specialists are just that – experts in social media content. They spend hours scouring the web, looking for relevant content to share on your accounts. The goal is to engage with your audience the way you would if you had the time.
Our content specialists are native English speakers, so your social media pages will look like you’re posting them yourself.
